I have to say I'm kicking myself right now. Earlier....this year I was practically begging for any and all angsty third party "booth gets a girlfriend" fics. But, now....sigh. I want them to vanish off the face of the earth.

I think I need to go back to reading early season fics because these are all depressing me.

Cheri Goodman has so wonderfully captured the characters of Booth and Brennan that I am extremely impressed. I'm an author: it's hard to impress me, but she has. This is a very long story, but it will get you through the summer. Trust me: you're not going to want to stop reading!

Sooo, over at LiveJournal's Bones Gamblers Anonymous, this author was recommended and I was completely blown away, so I had to spread the awesome fic to this site too. Smile

Seriously, like three awesome fics that I had never before read. 2 smut, one post 100th epi. Totally worth a read.

I miss her so much, and I think I miss her stories more, she was amazingly brilliant. I think I've cried reading just about all of her stories, but it was all worth it...

There is a fic where Brennan is pregnant to Booth (I can't remember if it was on accident or on purpose). They aren't together yet, but she asks him to stay one night and he spoons her and she says "That's right baby, Daddy's here." Does anyone know the name of that story?

It's not that one, but I LOVE that story. I wish it would get updated more often. In this story, Brennan get's pregnant with invitro without Booth knowing, but when he finds out, she tells him that she wants him to be a part of it. I think he might have gotten hurt, or been in a coma when she does it.

Is it 'how the doner became that daddy?' I've read a few with what you are describing actually and I'm fairly certain I read them all at fanfiction.net it's basically the only place i read fics although I've popped into the LAB from time to time and I'm kinda thinking I read what you described there too.

Have to say the one that has me totally hooked up is "translation". It is very well written and literally has me sitting on the edge of my chair when reading.
The way the author portrays Booth is awesome. Brennan is tiny bit OCC, or it could be because the feelings that the author is making her face are very ovewhelming. You can find it on ff.net. Ahnd it has Parker onsome chapters too for those who like to read their interactions.

I'm searching for an older story. As much as I remember, firstly it was a chapter of SSJL's "Scenes from the Hat", this one [Only admins are allowed to see this link] , but someone else (?) rewrote it into a full story that I can't find now. scratch

After long separation and living/working in different towns, Brennan meets Booth again at Cam's wedding, Booth wants to show Brennan pics of his wife, BB go to his car and have a hot one-night stand, she gots pregnant. Afterwards they're dealing with pregnancy, Booth's wife and so on. Any ideas what story it could be?
