Say What You Want: Goodbye, dear ABY. You have been my home for 3 years now, and I am going to miss you. Thanks, willgirl, for creating this wonderful forum. *hugs to all*

Closing time - time for you to go back to the places you will be from.
Closing time - this room won't be open 'til your brothers or your sisters come.
So gather up your jackets, and move it to the exits - I hope you have found a friend.
Closing time - every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.

There has been a fundamental shift in which part of a human being is involved in making decisions and that is where the conflict has arisen. We should make decisions based on having the best gathering of facts and evidence and REASON the best solution. Instead, the culture has been steered to use a new guide over the past 50 years and FEEL your way to a conclusion. That is an utter sham.

Immediately addressing this problem causes the knee-jerk reaction to describe a thinking person as unfeeling. So, using that logic, does it mean then that a feeling person is unthinking? I am not willing to ascribe either pole as an absolute. Reasoning has been dismissed for fuzzy feelings of constant fluctuation and variableness so you have no need to wonder why the decisions of governments are so unstable and constantly shifting. The law cannot make someone moral. It can only be used as a measure of deviation from a preset standard. But we keep shifting the marks. Therefore, we have no standard; No compass, no bearings and no sense of direction.
