Ehbee. Oats are cool. They only have like 0.8% gluten or something. I'm gluten intolerant and even I can have porridge and oats sometimes.

Try oats with shredded apple, cinnamon, sultanas and honey. Sooo good. And pomegranate seeds too. With yogurt.

sultanas are raisins, right? hee hee, need a canada to australia translation...

i can't have yogart sadly... i'm also lactose intolerant. apparently the two are very common together.

i actually have found a brand of bread called 'Glutino' that is gluten free and totally edible... not like the aftertaste cookies my mom likes. those are horrible. they have the texture of sand and a metallic aftertase... i swear that after 3 years gluten free her tastebuds have died!

Yeah. I can't have lactose, so any dairy really, except hard cheeses and sometimes I can have yogurt cause it's pre-digested. Ha-ha.

And I can't have any wheat, rye, barley, oats, triticale, kamut or spelt.
