Closing time - time for you to go back to the places you will be from.
Closing time - this room won't be open 'til your brothers or your sisters come.
So gather up your jackets, and move it to the exits - I hope you have found a friend.

i can't have yogart sadly... i'm also lactose intolerant. apparently the two are very common together.
i actually have found a brand of bread called 'Glutino' that is gluten free and totally edible... not like the aftertaste cookies my mom likes. those are horrible. they have the texture of sand and a metallic aftertase... i swear that after 3 years gluten free her tastebuds have died!
You do get used to it. And you learn to love things other hate. But Soy yogurt is just as good. And It comes in really nice flovours.
Another fantastic brand is Orgran. They make the best pastas (Rice and vegetable one is best) and their flours are really good. They also make heaps of other stuff.
And Freedom Foods have great cereals.

its the hidden names for wheat that get me. i just found out that 'malt' is also a wheat derivative. i've got to look that stuff up.

You can only have things that say Malt when they don't specify it's origin. The same goes for glucose syrup. So most sweets are also out, cause they use glucose from wheat. But check, cause there are some that use corn syrup instead.

Oh and some thickeners too. Mostly the 1400 range, but only if they specify, so watch out. No soy sauce either. Although Fountain make a really good gluten free one.
