FINCU FREAKOUT?
Frenzied Fans React to Rumors that Declining Ratings May End Hopes for Season 4
Is there trouble on campus? FINCU, once king of the Nielsen’s, has hit a ratings slump that may put it on the network chopping block. Producers blame the network for moving the show to the Friday night “death slot”, while critics say that bloated plotlines and lack of talent have turned the show into nothing more than a forensic frat party.
Whatever the reason, die-hard fans are up in arms over reports that May’s season finale may double as the series finale. Message boards have seen a flurry of activity. Protests are already underway, and Jimmy H. administrator of the FINCUniverse fansite hopes producers and network execs alike are prepared for the heat—as in RedFire Atomic Gumdrops! It's new to us, but no, it has four wonderful seasons of college students trying to solve murders!
