Jell-O is a brand of gelatin. It sets up from a liquid to a wiggly solid after being in the refrigerator. It's artificial fruit flavors and a lot of sugar. When you mix in the alcohol in place of some of the water that makes the sugar a syrup you get innocent little candy looking things that aren't innocent.

People often make Jell-O shots - They let the Jell-O set up in little plastic shot glasses and swig them down.
