watch it mister I have been known to throw out my dads food if I deem it to bad for him I want you guys around a little longer and I will not have a repeat of my grandfather so that means low cholesterol and exercise he is not allowed to go food shopping on his own any more because of this

Hey, I listen!!I do a lot of what you describe poly. Whole grains, not much prepaired food, not much junk food. (only on th occasional movie night) One of my fav breakfasts is a whole grain, cooked cereal. I get regular exercise, why, I'm fit as a ....*arrrgh* *THUD*

Sucks on the tests but as you say you'll make it out alright, you usually do.

I've been busy. Doing my neighbor a favour by helping her out in her store. As for the msn, I turn it on in the mornings and I usually forget its on lol. I get a lot of "are you actually there?" msgs lol!

its horrible you can't even set the messages to send you and email when its opened or anything but send very simple messages and I really want to know if this women is even opening my emails
