Amazing Holographic News Reporter!

Alright, so this is pretty awesome! Last night on CNN, they decided they were going to do something that had NEVER been done on television before: beam in a 3D hologram streaming live from Chicago! A reporter was situated in Chicago and her hologram-copy was standing right in front of a crowd on CNN in New York! Watch the video:

Awesome! Star Trek got the whole Hologram and cell phone thing right, didn't they? Back when that show started airing I bet they never dreamed we'd actually be able to do these kinds of things. Wild.

It turned out this was a hoax. there was some sort of hologram thing involved with the station, but the "hologram" that they were looking at in the studio wasnt actually real..
