Re: Twilight Junkies
Okay, so I bought and watched a copy of it last night, and I can NOW understand why some people didn't like it. I know that I understood a lot more about the movie seeing as I have read the book, but someone who hasn't read it, might be a little confused.
Now, Robert Pattison did do a fine job, but seriously, what is with the glazed over look when he's driving? Also, the guy who plays Jasper??? Weird. Emmett was spot on. I did like Alice and Esme, Rosalie was a little over the top, and Carlisle, well he LOOKED like a vampire.
I didn't like that they ate at the diner, and Bella's other friends weren't really as I imagined them, but they were okay. I hated that Jacob was such an afterthought and they didn't even keep his entry to the story in the right place.
Bella was kind of annoying, and she was twitchy, I didn't picture her so twitchy and spineless. I thought she would be a lot stronger willed. I don't know...
I'm still torn as to whether I really like it, I watched it twice, maybe I'll watch it another couple of times today???

Re: Twilight Junkies
lol... I thought Bella did a good job honestly, I loved how she was so clumsey. And Jasper... loved him cause he was just so quirky and that baseball scene... holy cow... yummy.
I don't care much about Jacob anyway so I didn't mind when he came in... and the first few times I watched it I didn't like Edward.

Re: Twilight Junkies
I thought Bella was a little twitchy...but i think basically kristen stewart is awkward and nervous most of the time anyway, in a way i thought it kind of suited her in the movie.
i basically love edward through the whole thing, the only part i think they should have reshot was when he first says hello to her in the lab in class.
he sound like he's dutch or something. definitely not amercian, not even english.
still he is adorable *swoon* hehe

Re: Twilight Junkies
I always pictured Bella as twitchy, clumsey, awkward, stumbling over her words. Nervous.
There is a scene when he says worry too that sounds very accented.

Re: Twilight Junkies
I pictured Caius pretty old as well...
A friend of mine told me about a rumor that Vanessa Hudgens wants to play Leah Clearwater.

read the host a fe weeks ago and loved it. Don't know if I like it more than twilight... But it was great... I want more books by Stephenie Meyer.
