Aww...thanks, Mama. Embarassed I do believe that Emily surpasses me in beauty, however. Wink

Does anyone know how to PhotoShop? The picture looks great on the computer, but once it's printed out, the lighting is all wrong and I'm shiny and Emily is yellow. I really want to get it fixed, I'm going to give it to her cousin in a frame.

Can anyone HELP please?!?!

I love Photoshop, but I'm not that great. *shrug* I wouldn't know how to mess with it. Maybe it's the ink/toner whatever... have you tried maybe sending it to Walgreens to see if they print it off better?

Nope, I haven't tried that. I've only tried the "do it yourself" machine at Kinko's...like 6 times. Perhaps I'll try Walgreens or Target first. It's just really weird that it's like...yellowish.

I'm fairly proficient in photoshop (in my case, GIMP). I could probably help you out, but it sounds like its just a problem with your printer. I don't see how manipulating the image would fix that...

I'd try taking it on a flash drive to one of those Kodak kiosk things at Walmart or something. That would probably end up being a LOT easier. And it's not all that expensive, either. A couple of bucks will get you a nice, glossy, correctly-colored photo. Very Happy

Oh. I just noticed you already tried one of those do it yourself machines...and it still turns out yellow? It shouldn't--it looks just fine on-screen...

Ya, Shakari, that's exactly what I did. I also went to 2 separate Kinko's stores, so I don't think it could be the machine. I honestly think it's the lighting. They were all set up for filming and then we got a picture, so we're all shiny and yellow-y. I think Photoshop might be my only possibility.

I don't mean to manipulate the image, I just need some color correction.

Meegs, I use Photoshop for the stuff that I do; I can try to change the lighting. Can't guarantee it'll come out right, but would you like me to try a few things?

Thanks for the offer, Luna. I forgot to post to say that I got my brother-in-law to fix it. And on top of that, I found out it was the printer at Kinko's that was REALLY causing the problem. I printed it at Target and it was fine. I won't be going back to Kinko's for pictures any time soon.
