Bones on itunes

Post by Teardropsonmyguitar on Sun Jan 11, 2009 6:39 am

Does anyone else buy episodes off of itunes? I have all of what's available for the 4th season and my last 3 or 4 episodes seems demented or something, they always skip and they won't sync to my ipod. I also noticed that when i would download the episode it would come up twice in my download queue and i didn't want to be charged twice for an episode, nor did I want 2 copies of the same episode, so i deleted the second ones. Did that effect the downloading or did itunes mess up my episodes, has this happened to anyone else? Can i fix it without having to pay for the episodes again?

I haven't ever downloaded TV shows off iTunes, but I'd imagine that you'd get a receipt emailed to you in the same manner as you do for music. I'd say check that receipt, copy down the number that's given to you, and if there's no other way to fix it you shouldn't have to pay for it again, at least.

I downloaded an ep from season 4, and I got two copies also. The only difference I could see between them was the fact that one was HD. I deleted the second one too, not wanting to be charged...didn't even think to look at the receipt they emailed me. But I haven't tried to sync it to my iPod, I don't think. Unfortunately I won't be back at my computer until Monday night, but if no one has helped you before then I'll see what mind does.

As for skipping, my episode didn't do that. You might want to talk to iTunes about that, or check your connection. There's a place on the iTunes store where you can send them feedback and questions, and they're usually very helpful and always answer.

there are settings that need to be changed so that videos will be synced... i can't remember where they are (but there are on itunes not on the i-pod) but they can;t be too difficult to find if i found them.....

i don't know what to suggest about the double downloading though... you can always try emailing a complaints department... i'm sure there is one somewhere....
