you have to have days when you just do nothing at all
maybe drink some tea or coffee while sitting down with a good book or something like that
it will make you feel better and you will have more energy next week

I worked out that fly is about 14 hours behind.....wait maybe not...yeah I'm hopeless...Day Light Savings confuses this shit out of me
