Well because I kinda screwed up my knees last year and now they tend to give way at the most random times...Like I sprinted to the station the other day (understand that I haven't run in A YEAR!?) and my knee gave way so I had to hop the last bit...And I decided to try and sprint back later, and my knee gave way (the other one) about halfway home....Not fun...

OMG, that's not good! Are your knees damaged? Or is it something you might work your way out of?

I tripped over, somersaulted, smashed my knees together, hit the ground and rolled....It was quite spectacular, but I bruised the knee caps, and the physio I did didn't entirely fix the problem, and then I developed Patela Tracking (knee cap doesn't move in the right way) and then the physio after that helped the latter problem, but not the former so now they give way....
