Just more proof that American television and movie companies have no original ideas left. They always do this sort of thing - take a British original and make a lame imitation (about 15 years afterwards)

it just upsets me.... it's such a great show and i would bet a LOT of money that the remake will be utter shit and then all those people who may have watched, and therefore appreciated the genius of the original, will miss out.....

I know exactly what you mean. But I'm in the process of switching rooms, and it's quite a task.

Well my whole apartment is no more than a room . . I have a 400 sq ft "Studio" and as all I have are a few plastic tubs and only two closets with doors - "Tidying" at this point entails fuel and a match.

ahhh.... fun.... at least when you move house you can put it all in boxes.... but when you do that sort of thing it has to be some cleverly scheduled swapping.....
