I don't know...I'm not sure that he often 'gets' the finer subtleties of human conversation...nor does he understand sarcasm. Poor dote.

We have to help him undress, right? For good and valid reasons, of course. None of which I feel like discussing right now.
I know I just fell into this conversation, but are you BOTH helping him at the same time??
