Nick Lachey Resemblance

Post by Teardropsonmyguitar on Wed Feb 04, 2009 1:32 am

So i don't know why I pulled out my season one of newlyweds with Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson, and all i kept thinking was how much DAvid and Nick look alike, like if Nick had brown eyes (or david had blue) and David sang like Nick, then they could be twins... Here I will post pics. So you can tell.

I'm not good at seeing resemblances like that.

But I just want to say ... I am so glad that David doesn't wear his hair pointy like that anymore, at least not on Bones. I never liked that kind of hair at all, until I fell in love with him, and I'm okay with that hair now. But, I have to say I really do enjoy seeing him looking like a MAN so much more than seeing him just looking like a GUY!

Am I showing my age, much?

I agree with you. Mr. Fix-It is a really good little movie! And I enjoyed These Girls too, although I'm a hypocrit for it because I think it's just a trashy concept to bother turning into a movie.

I have only watched "These Girls" (it was reccomened over at the Boneyard a few years ago) and I abhorrently detested it - and have yet to watch any other movies DB is in because it was so horrible. A movie about an unemployed father in his 30's having sex with THREE teenage girls while his baby daughter is sleeping in the next room and his wife is at work supporting his poker games and "babysitting" fees = No pale No pale

I will stick to watching BONES where he is tres fabulous cheers

I hear you, Snoop! I agree with you wholeheartedly!

Have you ever heard the saying "Whip me! Beat me! Make me write bad checks!"? In all honesty that's a horrid sentiment, and we would no more approve of a man who did such a thing than we would a violent criminal. Nor would we approve of a woman that let it be done to her. But as a saying it conveys the feeling that we would hand over to this certain someone the keys to the kingdom! -- And that's kind of what it's like in that movie - horrid sentiment, there's no way we would approve of it, but at the same time I can watch it and a part of me can understand it and even appreciate it.

Blah! Blah! Blah! I know. Sorry!

But I'm with you, honestly! Booth is a noble man, and we need more presences in our media of this sort of person (not the guy in These Girls). And I think that DB is the perfect actor to play the part! >>> just read my "Say What You Want".

And one more thing ... I think you'd like Mr. Fix-It. Really, it is an adorable movie!

Here I go again ... you felt sorry for a grown man who had sex with THREE teenage girls while his baby daughter was in the next room Shocked I was praying one of the girls fathers would kiss his ass into next week. Very Happy And what a nice ass it is. OK, I will admit my eyes did widen when jumped out of bed. And not many men can wear bandannas and looking that f'ing hot Very Happy

I agree...it's not that I approve of his actions in the movie....I just felt bad that he allowed the three teenaged girls to run his life for however long they did. Not saying he didn't deserve it though. Wink

I agree with DBCrazy..we need more men like Seeley Booth on TV. Respectable, honorable and yet sexy as hell. beefcake
