We Get Our Finale!

There are some finale spoilers in this report, so here's a snippet:

Though FOX is not commenting on "Bones"' schedule, insiders tell me that a revised version of their spring lineup was released earlier today and though "Bones" will indeed lose an episode this season, the finale hour is no longer the one marked for postponement. Instead, they've axed ep 4.18 "Beaver in the Otter" (otherwise known on fan sites as ep 4.24, episode numbers are wonky this season due to several year 3 episodes being pushed last spring).

just read this before i came here. im not sure how i feel about this but in the end we really have limited to no control over what they do to this show.

it's unfortunate they have to axe a complete episode for just a results show. which could just be put into a block with another episode of Idol another night. fail on fox's behalf for not having a means of crisis planning here.

Thank goodness we get the finale, but still, we're losing an epi anyway? I do not understand why they can't preempt Hell's Kitchen. Are the ratings really all that good for it anyway?

Cutting an epi of Bones usually screws up background stories. When will those stupid morons at FOX realize that?! And the 'Beaver...' epi

which should make an interesting and important story-line. So how can they axe that??? I hope they will get to their senses and give us another week w/ two episodes???
Does anyone else think we should finally start a riot against FOX - BIG TIME!!! And not just for treating Bones the way they do... That's the only thing I don't like about Bones: it's on FOX...

So we get the finale but they're cutting an ep. And will insert it somewhere random next season? Like they did player under pressure. Meh. Good, but still irritating. Can't believe wannabe pop stars are forcing this stupid scheduling.

Yeah. That was the thing I was annoyed about since I really liked the idea of that possible storyline.
Fox wanted to stop Bones' season on May 14th and didn't want to cut any reality shows since they're live, so I guess this was the best (and most thoughtless) plan they could come up with.
