Well I don't actually like the people I'm going with all that much... And I know fights are normal, but there's ALWAYS something wrong with this friendship. UGH. I'm so freaking sick of it! And I can't tomorrow. Stupid Easter Show.
I don't know what you are going thru Casey; but I can make a tiny suggestions.
I know you don't like these people you are spending time with tomorrow; but you are going to have to make some sort of effort for YOUR WELL BEING! it's not going to help you get through the day faster feeling all gloomy and hating each minute that just makes the day last loooooooongeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr, I speak from experience, so you gotta put your best foot forward and you will see the time fly by.
About the friendship thing; if you don't like your friends much I am sure there will be a time when you will just loose contact with them because they won't make an effort to keep the relationship. OR they will who knows.
I know you feel like you don't fit in but who wants to fit in? who wants to be like everybody else? you have to be YOURSELF and I am sure people will appreciate you for who you are soon. School is just starting for you chickie you have LOTS of people yet to meet.
Well I got out of tomorrow. And I hate feeling like this, but I'm trying.....
And I want to fit in, as in have a group where I feel like I belong.. And I don't have that right now.. The thing is, I'm part of almost every friendship group in our year, so if I don't fit there, how does that work?

That's the key to your question Casey,
You are the kind of person that can be friends with everybody; and actually that is an advantage because if you are part of every group you get to spend time with everybody and while it may take some time you will soon find out WHERE exactly you fit in the most. You get to see what everyone is like and pick and choose your friends carefully; in my point of view is not about FITTING IN A GROUP but just being CLOSE to people; showing that you care for them and hopefully they will show you that they care for you too.
It just takes time; sometimes longer than what we would like it to. At least the lasting friendships do; the people that you KNOW will be there for you when you need them have to get to know you and appreciate your good qualities and learn to deal with the not so good ones ( Razz

you should be able to have best friendS not just 1. A group of friends is a very good thing; even if they don't belong to the same clicke (SP?)
