Surgery? I guess she agrees to go in with him since she's got her scrubs on? Booth looks really worried. Why would he want her in there with him if he's knocked out completely? Maybe he'll be awake during the procedure and wants Brennan there? (*Hopes it's not brain surgery where they keep asking you your name, where you are and if that's the love of your life sat next to you in the operating theatre*)EEEEEEEEEK!
But on the bright side...when Booth gets through this there will be post surgery pudding...and sex with Brennan...Ah, the silver lining!

I was thinking as well that the finale episode will be Booth's dream while he's in surgery. WITH THE EXCEPTION of the B/B sex, which has been promised to us to be REAL.

Finale: Booth hallucinates entire warped reality version of a case...Alice Booth In Wonderland...Wakes up fully restored...Thinks Hurray! I survived surgery, Hurray! The sky is blue, the grass is green...what a wonderful world! Now...what could I do to celebrate being alive...Hmmmmm???

I just saw this on Twitter and pretty much died and came back to life. OMG!!! I can't wait!

you think most people are expecting them to consider the sex a one time thing... that we were led to believe they cannot be a couple cuz the show will end. that the UNEXPECTED scenario would be they end up together??? Cuz alexa also said that her source said bones fans would be happy with the outcome...
