Is here someone who can do that for me?

60g feine Haferflocken
2TL Backpulver

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS(from Rike):

you need (for 12 muffins):

200g flour
60g oatmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 jar of blueberries (200g without the juice-water-mix also in the jar, or fresh ones, or still frozen ones)
2 eggs
180g brown sugar
150g soft butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
300g sour cream

-preheat oven to 180°C, prepare the muffin tray
-mix the flour, the oatmeal, the baking powder and the baking soda
-prepare the blueberries (drain or select)
-whisk the eggs in another bowl, add the sugar, the butter, the vanilla sugar and the sour cream and stir well
-stir in the flour-mix and carefully fold in the blueberries
-fill the muffin tray immediately
-bake the muffins 20-25 minutes (middle of the oven!) till they have a golden yellow color
-let them cool out for about 5 minutes before taking them out of the tray

I hope that's okay, rike.....it was a little harder than my own recipes
