Well actually I figured you would get mad at me if I didn't watch it!

so what did you think about the episode?

I thought it was good but nowhere near as great as last seasons opener (but I think it's impossible to make another episode as great as that one)

now I'm anxiously waiting for next week because I wanna know who he is

oh toz i am sooooooooooooo with you about last year........nothing is going to top that.......i did love gibbs dad in the beginning scene.......he rocked!!! and yes.......i want to know who 'he' is also........it couldnt be franks could it....and why would eli david want anything to do with franks......dont have a clue.......so excited that its back on..........ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i have way more questions now than i did when i started watching it.......loved tony and ziva of course.......the flirting is outstanding......and poor mcgee stuck in canada..........lol........

Okay, I finally watched it! What was with all the Canadian jokes, eh?

I want to know what that whole thing was with Eli David at the end. And Vance is sneaky. I like it!

Also, LOVED this episode.

Jonezy and I have a theory that Tony is being groomed for Gibb's job and that Mark Harmon may eventually leave the show and Tony would be in charge of the team. What does everyone think of that?

The interns solidified that theory for me...

dont think gibbs is going anywhere.....i believe he is trying to break out of his old habits..........he knows its time.......

Before they got Vance, I was hoping that maybe one day he'd overcome his hate for politics and become the director, but Vance is younger than he is....so they'd have to kill him off first for that to work.....
I think it might be possible that Gibbs being the perfect agent won't be believable much longer. Agents don't work in the field until their 60....they don't see or hear good enough anymore and they're not fast enough either (of course he IS Gibbs, but there should be rules about that kind of stuff).
I would like to see Tony as the team leader again, he apparently did a good job the last time he did it and he's old and experienced enough to do it.
BUT I would hate to lose Mark.....he's an important part of the team and the show won't be the same without him.....
