Charles Campaign gone Kaput?

So, confession time. I totally worked for Charles Sneed's campaign last year for about five minutes before I gave up. The place was in shambles and there was so much chaos and confusion. Not to mention all the weird relatives. It will be interesting to see if he makes it to mayor.
