Apparently....

Michael Jackson died too? I know he was rushed to the hospital for cardiac arrest, but did he die too? My mom just said someone told her he did, but i don't see it on any of the major news sites, like yahoo or imdb....

Does anyone know for sure?

And now they're reporting that he has died.

Michael Jackson died Thursday after being rushed unconscious and not breathing to a Los Angeles hospital, the Los Angeles Times and TMZ reported.

They're doing the 'Life and Death of Michael Jackson' special right now on ABC, right before the Farrah Fawcett one. Two hours of in memoriam, with two deaths on one day...it's very sad.

I was working lol. I am watching all the stuff on CNN and Showbiz tonight. Thats crazy how two people died today. I mean you kind of knew that eventually Farrah was going to go, but this came right out of left field. We were kind of joking saying that Michael stole poor Farrah's thunder. Because it was so sudden, more people are going to want to hear about it. I just can't believe it. I mean I couldn't believe it when Heath Ledger died. I still can't believe that one. I never was a fan of Michael and kind of think he was crazy and scary looking, but still. He is a legend in his own right. Just so weird. So weird, ya know?

Really sad

And even sadder i was just saw a news story on news.com.au and accompanying the story is a picture of him already dead, with the paramedics trying to revive him...i think its sick that someone would take that picture...

It's been a bad week or so for celebrities--didn't I hear Ed McMahon just died, too? And then, hard on the heels of all this, local news announces the body of a missing 2 year old girl from Gary has been found. So damn depressing... Sad

True. And Michael was always good for a news story; not trying to be callous, but you have to admit almost everything he did in the last 20 years or so was so out of the ordinary that it was automatically news. Right or wrong.
And poor Farrah--yes, we knew her time was short, so that does lessen the impact outside her immediate family. And she wasn't news like that, barring the cancer and that interview a few years back. Those pix of her and Ryan O'Neal in the hospital bed were so touching...

You know, there is no denying MJ had talent. And I'll be the first to admit that I was a teen in the 80's who loved his music. But omg...enough is enough. This is just getting way out of hand...all this fuss over a talented artist...and a suspected pedophile that I would never trust alone with children. Please...people need to move on to something else, for the love of Booth...I want my internet back...

This was like when Anna Nicole Smith died and it was the biggest thing in the world. Apparently it's bigger and better and nationally important if the person died unexpectedly AND were taking many cocktails of drugs... they are dead, sorry. But get off my TV. There's more important things going on.
