Ok..... Confirmed by the producers...

Booth remembers who Brennan is.... but there's a twist....

According to executive producer's own words...

Hart Hanson said: "Booth's problem isn't remembering who Brennan is, it's remembering which Brennan she is."


Also, it's been confirmed that Season 5 will premiere on September with a 2 Hour Special Episode, to beggin the season with a whole lot of B&B.....

Okay, so I'm totally digging this whole concept. Imagine this: Booth walking in to Brennan's office. Brennan is in a mini-meeting, talking to Jack, Angela, Cam, and Wendell. Realizing he's interrupting he drops a file on her desk, leans in and kisses her and tells her he'll be back to get her for lunch and walks out. The looks on everyone's faces would be eff'n priceless. Give me that scene HH and the evil of the finale is forgiven.

I like it!! I think they should totally do that scene. Okay, so I'm still a little ticked about the whole "it's not a dream sequence" but it TOTALLY was, so I'm kinda liking how they are fixing it!!

Hey, we just need to get me on as a writer and not only can you see that scene but I can guarantee I'll be pushing for more and more shipperlicious moments between Booth and Brennan, in addition to which El and I can begin executing project 'My Girl' - everyone wins!

I am almost 100% sure I saw an interview with HH answering some questions about the season premiere and also saying that it will be a normal (1 hour) episode and not a 'double edition'.

This interview is kinda old, so it may be wrong.

i still have doubts it will be 2 hours. But guess we'll wait to see. Thanks for the information!

If you became a writer for Bones, Majesty, we'd probably have to wave bye-bye to you. Definitely over on the FF site as well...writers for the show can't read the fanfic.

On the other hand, you surely couldn't make matters worse...and would likely improve. Hmmm. Gee, I don't know what to say!

It's a conundrum ain't it? Although I'd probably cheat. I mean if I'm writing for Bones I could lay off the FF for a while, but to stop reading it entirely? Uh, no. Not gonna happen. Not unless Em can find a way to keep me occupied when I'm not working. In that case I'd be saying, "what's this thing you call 'fan fiction'?"
