Stupid commercials.

Do you ever see a stupid commercial and think, "Right, cause thats how it happens in reality?" Well I just had one of those, though most commercials to me are ridiculously stupid anymore. But these particular commercials are by far the most ridiculous, The Brinks (Broadview) commercials. there was this mom and her daughter about 9 or 10 outside playing with a soccer ball and they have this wooden gate and on the other side of the gate is a "burglar" mind you this is in broad daylight. Anyway, so the mom says to the girl, lets go eat lunch. So they go inside their house and she sets the alarm. Just as they go inside, the "burglar" Kicks down the door, like he was going to rob them and the mother just stands there screaming and runs up the stairs with the kid. But of course the security alarm scared the "burglar" and he fled. In this case, if he was there to steal their flat screen, thats one thing, but if he was going to kill them, than he would have done it while they were standing there screaming, he wouldn't have waited however long it took for the mom and the kid to run upstairs. Either way, he still had plenty of time to shoot them before the cops arrived.

those commercials for getting the gray out of your beard and mustache . With the over the hill baseball and football players, leading you to believe after you use it you can bag a hot young thing. . those are embarrassing to watch. SOOOOO humiliating. "Your stache is trash, you're beard is weird." *Eyeroll*

I've never seen those Pimp. But I've seen the ones for rogain, where the guy is like this good looking 30 year old . It's like those commercials for anti aging serums that use 20 year old models, when the product is meant for 50 and over. So ridiculous.

I wish. That commercial makes me cringe every time I see it.

thankfully they don't show it very often. WE do like to make fun of the overly dramatic actors in the infomercials like for the snuggy and the hearing aid that isn't a hearing aid (i forget what it's called but it looks like a bluetooth ear piece) Those are pretty hilarious.

BTW, did you see the video I posted in the youtube section, thats a funny commercial type thingy. Go watch it, report back.

Okay, and what is the point of having a dog in a car commercial? That, and also there is the one in particular with this girl who is the granddaughter of the owner. She's obviously had acting lessons/classes or whatnot (she's got that fake grin thing going on when she speaks) and it's just...so fake. "How much is it, Gracie?" "Dad, it's ONLY Ninety-nine hundred dollars."

you're from Florida aren't you? My Aunt lives in Orlando, and we were just down there. That girls so cute though. I agree it's probably exploitation, but nothing like the Gosselin kids.

Those Brinks commercials always annoy me. If it was real life, a hardened criminal would in no way be scared of that alarm. Not when it will take atleast ten minutes for the police to show up. By then, the criminal could've already killed everyone.



The commercial for the farting ringtone. Who'd want that?

I remember a commercial online. Don't know if it was ever shown on tv but it's a whopper commercial. If I remember correctly it was calling people who never eat whoppers Whopper virgins.

I loathe the Six Flags Great America ones in my area, TV & radio both. Mostly just annoying, no hidden perversion or ridiculous situations. And that dancing guy was all right the first few times I saw it (a couple years ago!), but is bleh now.

commercial that irritates me - 2 chicks talking about their choice in TAMPONS or whatever....you know, giggling & laughing "here! try this kind!" Yeah. All us chicks compare notes on our tampon choices.
