Das, it's the people, the patrons, pretty much everyone. I think the reason I'm mostly aggravated is that I've been working for almost 5 weeks and have yet to see a paycheck.

Stupid government and their damn paperwork. *grumbles*

Ah. I would be at the smacking stage too. 5 weeks! that's ridiculous!

I once did a summer internship at the university in which I am now doing my PhD. Despite giving them my back details, I was paid by cheque until the last week. In the last week I also received a notice from the college telling me I could get my swipe card (for access! The number of times I was at that door just hoping someone would walk by!) and I got my contract.

then I finished up a week later.

Yep it's totally ridiculous. I mean if I owed them money they'd be on me like a pack of dogs on a pack of steaks.

Though when they do pay me it should be everything at once I think. All I know is that if I don't get something by next wednesday someone will be getting a nasty call or a nasty email.

my summer is rather dull Zed. I am living for "post-submission-time". It's going to be great.

although, I do finally have something to look forward to-next Friday morning myself and my sister and flying to London. We have tickets to see Dirty Dancing in the westend!! They were a present from my boyfriend. We plan on drinking cocktails that night and then shopping the next day. We're flying back on saturday night, but I am so looking forward to that break! and dirty dancing.
