I was hoping for some helicopters or F-something or other to fly by today. Air Show is on in Toronto and a few years ago the fighter planes did a fly-by over our neighborhood during practice. Very cool.

Must get going for bike ride. Have to burn off some of the calories that were in the Angel Food cake with Strawberries that I had as part of lunch. Oh, but it was sinfully delicious cheers

My mom just called. He is still in hospital but he is getting better. I hope it stays that way. I really do.

I don't know what sickness will do that to big and mighty man like he is. He was shaky and almost passing out when he was taken away. It awful to look a man in a state like that.
