I felt pain when I started walking after I twisted it but then it wasn't as bad; hopefully it will be ok

Well Mary, /as long as I don't put any weight on the ankle at all - I'm fine.

I'm feeling a bit wonky today but I can't pinpoint the cause. I just feel ugh.

oh I hate those days; you feel off but don't know the cause! Hopefully it will go away soon!
