the cocky belt buckle is back for sure, but the tie isn't really flashy yet.....he had some flashier ones.....and he is still wearing those shoes

He doesn't always have his shirt buttoned all the way up like he does here, either. And is it me, or is the tie kinda short in the 1st picture?
