What?

the english at uni

Are you studying it as the language, or as a major? Either way, I know you'll do great.

world english, literature and culture.....so I'll have to read like a million old books and get to know the differences between british and american english and that kinds of things
you can't study a language here......not really at least, only to become a teacher.....
german uni's are strange

Have fun with the Canterbury Tales. I still have nightmares of that one! And Beowulf! argh!

Paradise Lost *shudders*

and oooh too funny with the comic books lol.

G, yep I still can't stand that man. What amazes me is the people who stick up for him. Students I mean, talk about kiss asses.

Obviously the ones who passed his class!! And want to keep their grade!! Kiss-asses always annoyed me, I was a bit of a mouthpiece, not afraid to tell profs what I thought. I'm sure it cost me academic standing, but....

I passed his class with a B, trust me there was no way I'd kiss up to him. Tell him he's a bastard maybe...

Place I'm to now we tell our teachers when they're wrong. I've told Blaine off a few times. Told him point blank that I wasn't doing something and if he wanted me to do it and it screwed up he was taking the blame for it.

lol! nice! How did he react?

he said "Ok, I've got big shoulders. I can take the blame"

Oh and btw it was his fault in the first place that it screwed up! then the next day when the same thing happened to another computer in the class... mike's I think, he went and got a new serial code to try! Jerk.
