It's just not Cricket?

Post by Tan on Tue Oct 13, 2009 11:03 am

I saw this explanation of Cricket years and years ago... a game played with a bat and ball for those of you who don't know.

You have two teams; one out in the field, the other in.
The one that's out, off the field, is in.
Each man on the in side goes out.
When he's out, he comes in and the next man goes in until he's out.
When the in side's all out, the side that's out in the field comes in; the side that's been in goes out.
The aim is to get those coming in, out.
A player can be in when the rest of his side's out; he's not out but can't stay in.
When both sides have been in and out, it's over.

I always thought this was an hilarious explanation and it never fails to crack me up. Very Happy

Haha I should show this to my friend. He was supposed to play cricket for the Pakistani National Team, but his mother wouldn't let him.

That's a great explanation.
