It's official now! David Boreanaz spilled the news to us at Cirque du Soleil's Kooza Santa Monica premiere on Friday night. "I do know that Emily's sister is going to be on the next episode, which is exciting," he told us exclusively. "I think she's going to play Emily's cousin. It's a whole relationship thing that's going on now with us and it continues to grow and grow and get crazy." We smell a love triangle!

David Boreanaz is such a tease. He wanted us to give you this exclusive spoiler: "Who will end up being Booth's mom? I'll say one word: deep...possibly." What the heck is he talking about? Help us. Comments. Below. Now.

...We smell a love triangle!

Eh? Where? Did I miss something?..
We, the crazy spoiler obsessed fans, actually read the sides. Tell me, did you see any signs of a love triangle there?!

I did not. However, sides do not always tell you everything.

Perhaps they didn't read the sides...

And when did they start talking about his mom? "Deep"...hmmm... somebody from a movie or TV show connected to the ocean, perhaps?

I think the two sentences are un-connected and this one refers to BB solely.

There will be no love triangle - in the sides, she says Booth isn't handsome (what?!?) and she comes across as a bit uptight.

They're twisting words for a good headline, I reckon! x

I don't think that Booth will date anyone seriously anyway. Not after the whole Andrew thing. And he's in love with Bones
Booth's mom?! I thought she kinda disappeared from his life?

While I think it would be more fun to see Zooey's character panting after a disinterested Booth (we know he only has eyes for Bones), they won't go the love-triange route. She's only in it one episode, and they'll probably focus on her relationship with Brennan.

As for Booth's mom - I had assumed she was dead. It will be interesting to see what they do with that, though.

Oh, I've always wondered about Booth's mom and I've always thought it would be cool to see who ends up playing her. I haven't really been able to picture anybody though. Deep? No idea what that means.

And yeah, I don't think we have much to worry about with Zooey's character and a love triangle. She's a long lost family member; the relationship issues will be between her and Brennan...and something tells me it won't be good.

My first thought was the "deep" referred to the six-feet-under type of deep. I always thought that Booth's mom was dead so that was why I thought that. Kind of morbid, but that's where I went.

Hey, this is Bones--morbid comes with the territory, sometimes! I hadn't thought of that interpretation...maybe it's someone who was on that show--oh, what was it called--ummm, there was a show called Six Feet Under, wasn't there?

Yeah, that explanation of "deep" really makes sense. Are we going to get to meet Booth's dad? I don't read sides, so I'm sorry if this has already been answered

Booth's dad--apparently he will eventually make an appearance, but he was the one they were talking about when they said they thought bringing in another family member into it so soon would be too much.

Originally I thought perhaps his mother was dead, but then there was a suggestion that she might not be, but that she left them. I'm not the only who got that impression, given some of the fanfics I've read. I'm blessed enough in my family that I have a hard time with that--which may be their intent! Predispose us into disliking his parents.
