This episode could be really good or really bad. As much as I loved, and still continue to love, the X-Files, I'm not sure that even a cross reference (other than that first one...of course) will fly. Aliens?...eh....I'm nervous, but optimistically nervous. I had hoped for an end to the 'silly' episodes, but if they have to throw one into season 5, this could work.

X-Files and aliens could be very good if well done but... Angela and Wendell? In a REALTIONSHIP?! In front of Hodgins? I thought it was a one-time-something in that episode (the next, actually).
And I thought that Wendell and Hodgins were friends... You don't sleep with the Ex of your friend. Especially when your friend still has feelings for her. Booo.
And what is Angela thinking?! Or should I say, with what part of her body is she thinking? Double booo.

Hmm, a one off I think Hodgins can handle, a relationship? Well...I've never shared an ex with a friend, though I did date a friend's ex once - it was too wierd for words and ended after the second date and before I could ruin my friendship. Thing is, Hodgins loves Angela but he's in that place now where he's not in love with Angela. As a rule you don't. I did the once (okay, two dates so it was the twice) and there's a reason you don't. Even though my buddy assured me it was okay, and he really was fine with it, I wasn't okay with it all. I absolutely agree. I mean, there's Booth - ripe for the taking in all of my Bangela theorizing, and she's going for Wendell - puhleeeeze. Booth would by far be the better choice since it would seriously mess with Brennan and force her to start being proactive in their non-relationship.And what is Angela thinking?! I wouldn't hate her, think of it more as a service - Booth services her and in return she pushes Brennan to deal with her feelings for Booth and in the end we get B&B and a heart broken Angela returns to Hodgins. Rob are you SUGGESTING Booth date Angela? Do you know how HORRIBLE That would be? I mean you think Brennan would get pissed over Wendell dating Angela, but Angela and Booth? That'd send little demons of fury outta Brennan and for someone who is trained in 3 types of Martial Arts, not to mwention theres a rule in girl code that says you NEVER take your bff's man, ever. So I would be on Team Brennan if Angela did that. I would actually EXPECT brennan to fight with her then.... Ugh, now you've gone and made me mad... Psht!
