Your ego is welcome. I'd pretty much talked myself into seeing the rosier side of the rainbow, and though I'd contemplated almost everything you'd brought up (her leaving the Jeff on a permanent basis is not something I'd considered, neither is Cam's reaction - both I'd say are likely events.) I'd never really looked at the whole enchilada before. I'm an analyst and we make great trouble shooters, but when it comes to examining all the angles for fallout? Not so much. Embarassed

I'm saving the concept, may even develop it into a "What if?" AU that explores some of what you've talked about, maybe some of what I envisioned, possibly even a third version that ends up entirely different from what either of us have contemplated. I'll have to set the play in motion and see what happens.

Who came up with Booth not having a date for 3 years? Was it mentioned on the show or is that just an assumption?

Snoop I'd say it's an assumption because we used to see him on dates looooonnnngg time ago, and then never anything anymore. I've never heard anybody actually say anything about Booth not dating though.

I think it's only an assumption.
We saw Brennan on dates all the time, but we didn't see Booth go out with anyone after Cam.
So I guess it is possible, that he still has dates......but we and Bones too, I'd say, don't know about that.

It's an assumption based on not seeing him date anyone, as well as Brennan's (and to a lesser extent Angela and Parkers as well) comments to him in The Beautiful Day in the Neighbourhood. B/B had a conversation in that episode where she referenced him not dating. ( no specific time frame on how long though)

I've said from the beginning of this spoiler news that Wendell & Angela is a VERY Bad idea!! He and Hodgins are friends; good friends! I wouldn't picture Wendell being that way. We know that Ange has no problem parading her love life around in front of Hodgins, but not Wendell. I really hope this doesn't come to be.

And why does it have to be someone from the lab at all??

I'm all for Ange getting her freak on, but not with Wendell, Booth or Hodgins. Anyone else - GO FOR IT GIRL!!
