We did not dress up..only up to 3rd grade were allowed to. They all had a parade..apparently 4th & 5th grade aren't supposed to have any fun! We did get to wear jeans though.

Some are laid back like that too..this is pretty laid back. Jeans on the last Friday of the month for teachers and kids wear what they want all the time..just no costumes today. It was a crazy day anyway...Laid back schools are good for the kids.

Ok. I learned a very important lesson. Never pause Classic Doctor Who. I was in a major Who mood thanks to Part 2 of The Wedding of Sarah Jane, during which, I was pathetic enough to cry. So I decided to whip out my new DVDs, which were The Keeper of Traken, Logopolis and Castrovalva.

Yeah. I got about 10 minutes into Castrovalva (after Tom Baker's regeneration creeped me out) and paused the TV. I paused it on this:

I don't think I've stopped laughing since.

G'morning, ToZ! I'm here quite early for a Saturday. I had to deliver the boys to school this morning - hour and a half ago. They're going to a band competition today, State Quarterfinals. I haven't headed back to bed yet, but it probably won't be long.

How's your Saturday going?
