Re: Any Philes out there???
Actually, my favorite scene from the whole show is the ending from Memento Mori (did you guys know they filmed an actual kiss for that scene?). It's just...perfect, imo. It's everything that makes the show, everything that makes them them is in that scene. I love it so much, I don't know how many times I've watched that ep.
Also, to go over something already said: Life of a CSM is one of my all time faves. Same with "3". I know it had no Scully in it, but I loved Mulder getting so lost and caught up in that whole vampire situation -all 'cause his non-gf had gone missing.
The whole thing with Scully's crucifix gets me every time.
And before I go: Any Millenium fans here? Not just the episode (Which was win, btw: Zombies, Frank Black AND a kiss!), but the actual show. Anyone else besides me?

Ok, I know it's photoshopped, but wouldn't it be sweet if we had a kiss there too?

Oooh, Millennium was Chris Carter's other baby. Creepy, much creepier than the Xfiles, the show was about a guy named Frank Black who could basically see the manifestations of evil. He wasn't psychic or anything, but he could...like he would know when he was talking to someone with a dark mind or something. He worked doing consultation work for the police and FBI as part of a private group called The Millennium Group, who eventually turn out to be a bunch of crazy-ass people obsessed with the apocalypse -which ends up ruining FB's life and getting a whole bunch of people killed, but that's like the third season. Anyway, I thought it was awesome (the first two seasons at least, were creepy as anything). And they get bonus points for tackling the story of The Merovingians (Mary Magdalene and her descendants) waaay before Dan Brown came up with his little book.

Cool! I think I remember the X-Files mention of the Millenium group in the episode Millenium...

I LOVED MILLENNIUM! Even though I was like ten years old when it was on, I thought the show was really cool even though I didn't really remember anything...

Oh! *hugs you* Yay, not the only one! It was cool. And dark.
(I feel old, though. I was not 10 when it was on. lol)
Bones, they did mention the MG in the ep, but they do it mostly for kicks and giggles (that whole ep. is basically an excuse for them to kiss or something. heeh). The show itself was much darker -a tad oppressive at times. Like, you wanna see Disney movies afterwards to get the feeling out (I would know. I own the three seasons

Me too! Favorite except for the series finale end scene. I had NO idea they filmed a kiss for MM!!! It is absolutely perfect, that scene. Brilliant. I actually think it's better without a kiss since that was what, S4? Wouldn't have really made sense. It's simply and sweet just the way it is.

Yep, kiss is in the DVD. And on the commentary, FS says that they felt exactly the same way (as you) about the full kiss so they left-in just the forehead kiss. Which was, of course, perfect.

Just the mention of Triangle is enough for me to want to see it again. Ah, the good ole days when a fake-kiss b/n Mulder and Scully was enough to glue all shippers to the edge of their seats. *sigh* I think I will be watching it as well.

It is taking way too long to watch this way...I hate waiting for dvd's! Especially when the girls have to get some movies in between, because it's 'only fair'...
I'm still only on Season 2...

Sorry to hear that, fly. For what it's worth, season 2 was downright amazing, anyways (for many fans S2-3 were the best ever. I'm partial to S4). What ep are you on?
