EitB/Gravedigger speculation

OMG what if the admit their love, only for one of them to be taken by the GD :O
But on second thoughts, and bad as that would be, we would see either booth or bren go ninja crazy, that could be cute!!

actually speaking of being kidnapped, maybe the GD should kidnap hem together, like moonlight said, that could end well, if you get my drift

But to be honest i don't think booth or bren would get kidnapped again.

I am loving all the speculation, and even if something else entirely happens in the actual finale, I have created lots of fanfics in my head from all your theories

Well, didn't HH say something like them getting together at the end of the season?

Not to mention the wedding... Who's is that? Jared & Padme, Cam & her new BF, Sweets & Daisy?

A lot to put into a season finale...

With Hacker getting a new series, it really sets him up as the GD. In EiTB, GD worked with the FBI. Booth and Brennan declare there love for one another. Max will find out that Hacker is involved and tell Brennan. Brennan and/or Max will take care of Hacker and Taffett.

And THEN...next season will open with Booth and Brennan getting married so he does not have to testify against her for killing hacker and Taffett (as others have brilliantly suggested). It all comes together!!!!

So the Gravedigger episode is NOT the season finale but is episode 21. Does this change anyone's theories?

i thought the one before the finale was the kathy reichs one? i'm so confused on the timeline/episode schedual now. anyone wanna help me?

When I first read about KR writing a script, it mentioned that the script was #20 of the 21 episode season. At the beginning of the season, I thought that Bones was contracted for 22 episodes. Bones ratings have been so good this season that I could not believe we would not get the 22. The article was wrong on the total number of episodes.

If Hacker is the GD and he uses Brennan to get Taffett off, I could so see her taking Hacker out. I always thought that Brennan was like her father in the amount of force she would use to protect the person she loves and/or take revenge on the individual who used her to hurt him.

yeah i had some confusion about the KR epi because it had been said that she would be writing the second last epi. But it seems they moved it up and KR ended up writing episode 20, GD is episode 21 and the season finale is episode 22

I loathe Hacker as much as the next person, but it would be nice if one guy she dated wasn't good enough simply because he wasn't good enough and not because he was a murderous psycho. Just saying.

Also, the finale is called "The Beginning in the End". I don't know. I'm thinking something could happen in the end of this one (maybe, go with me here), and then it's not really addressed until the end of the finale. As much as it would kill me (and result in a ridiculous mountain of fics), I'm beginning to think Rob's whole "Booth, we need to talk..." just might be how this season ends. Either that or "Because I'm in love with you, damnit!" *gasp as the screen fades black* "What?"

Okay so if the GD trial is not the final that doesn't rule out B&B getting married, because i don think anyone ever said that the wedding was in the final.

But i am honestly stumped, i just have no idea anymore, so much is happening that i am just confused. But hey that wont stop me speculating!!!!!

I just want Bones back!!!!!

I think that the first time that the wedding was mentioned was at the TCA's and either HH or SN said it would be in the finale..... of course that was prior to actually writing the episode so it could definitely have changed.

regarding the hiatus, it was a combo of the Olympics, American Idol and the fact that Fox (and the showrunners) wanted the last 8 episodes to air without interruption.
