I agree with you on this, they definately wouldn't be telling Sweets too much. He would totally take things out of context and most likely read into everything they tell him. If anything did happen, I think they would tell him only the most important things.

This is the first legitimate reason I've read disproving the idea that B/B hooked up. Logically you are very right, there is no reason for them to be arguing with Sweets about not being in love and then telling him a story where they hooked up. Smile

Just remember when they're telling him about their 1st meeting, they will likely not be mentioning the emotions we saw in that teaser:

Spoiler:: immediate attraction, plus light flirting.

That will remain in their heads, and they're only going to be telling him the basic facts of the case, that neither was what the other expected, etc. Anything else would only give him more insight and openings to poke at them some more, and possibly support his theory, to boot.

Well, in the teaser they even commented on the fate-question in front of Sweets, so I'm not sure how much they are actually telling him and what are the things they only recall in their heads. It's bound to be a mixture of these two (I mean the recounting and the remembering) as eg. from the B-roll video you can see that

Spoiler:: Angela and Brennan are commenting on Booth's cuteness and Brennan's physical reaction to Booth

, which I doubt is something Brennan would actually talk about in Sweets' office.

That is a good point, i think we will see more than what they are telling sweets, because it is partially in their heads.
