seriously though do celebs have artists that do this stuff for them when they go to these events? b/c....her make-up is always flawless at things like this.

I would venture and say yes! But this comes from a girl who has no idea how to put makeup on and either has her hair down or in a ponytail.

I would think so, too. But, I'm not sure.
