Add Diedrich Bader (Hacker) to the cast!

Whoa what?? I haven't read this article yet, but I say a resounding NO! I like Diedrich Bader in small doses only, and only with Booth. plus they already have a large cast, no more room for anyone else LOL

No thanks, he gets really annoying after one episode, if he was to be there for more than once every 5 or 6 I would be going insane.

Ummm...NO...just...NO!

I think recurring character is enough, as part of the main cast there's not enough for him to do. It's good that Booth have him to report to, but if that's his only role (and we know he won't last as Brennan's love interest) I see no real potential.

I like Hacker. He's smitten with Brennan and he's so happy to just be in her presence. He's not out to upset Booth, he loves Booth. And while Booth is understandably jealous of Hacker's relationship with Brennan, it's good that Booth likes and respects Hacker, even if fans can't. I love the Hacker/Booth dynamic, I think they're awesome together!

Didn't HH tweet that Diedrich Bader got some tv role so it might make him unavailable?? I could be imagining things too.

I hate Hackjob. So let me just give a huge HELL NO.

After PitP I liked him! When he's not with Brennan of course. I think he's funny and I'd like to see him pop in and out like Caroline does. Only for professional matters though, no more coffee dates. He's got zero amount of chemistry with Brennan.

I would not mind it at all as long as he on only watches Brennan from far far far away...

I also like Hacker's interactions with Booth, and think he should be there as a recurring for those purposes. He has some funny moments, and some of the humor probably comes off well because he's NOT on all that much.. But long term cast member? Nah!

1st of all this actor is ugly and something went wrong during casting. They would seriously toture me if I have to look at this guy every episode.

2nd adding another character to the cast with an interest in Brennan would just not work.

3rd adding another FBI character to the ''main'' cast would make Bones (as a show) lean more towards the CSI shows where the ''cop'' influance is bigger.

Ummm... what? Well, let me think about it... NO!

Yeah... a bit too late but still FUNNY.

My opinion of Hacker is he is nothing but a Booth wannabe. He's riding on Booth's coattails and he's jealous of what Booth has. Like in Proof in the Pudding when he was upset because he was too late to be the hero...wanting to date Brennan and even told Booth the other night that Booth's successes have been good for his career.

I think the reason why they didn't cast someone more handsome was so that even though him and Brennan sort of hit it off, it's totally obvious that he really is no competition for Booth....except in the height category.

And is Hacker his boss or his boss's boss?

I completely agree with that!! I think that Hacker is good in small doses... if we have it around ALL time... it wouldn't work!
