me too. as i said before, i'm sure this isn't the end of it all. the media will milk this story for as long as they think people are interested in it.

They are highly possible not fake. US Magazine.com has Allred making a statement.

Allred says there is video, etc.

Why would RU say they were fake, and then her lawyer say they're real? that makes no sense, unless Allred is talking about her other client, the "blackmailer"

Read the statement. Rachel also does not deny it or say they are fake. She says they are out of context, and that she didn't pursue him, he pursued her. Us Magazine.com

Well given his people interview, it seems there were a few. he refers to his "infidelities" and his wife makes mention that the "blackmailer" thought she was the only mistress, and she wasn't.

Their relationship ended because Ms. Uchitel decided to break it off. She felt that he had not been completely truthful with her and she no longer trusted him."

Ugh. Dirty story. And a stupid one, too: every child knows that everything you write in an email or another message, could be read from the whole world, if necessary. Those 'celebrities' sometimes seem to think with whatever parts of their bodies, just not with their heads.
And looking at that pic of RU ...brrrrr! It still seems a bit fake to me: he couldn't find an attractive one, or what? Cheating is unforgivable and low, but cheating with an ugly one is also plain idiotic.

Yeah...i'm assuming this is real since if it wasn't DB and his mega lawyer could sue her. I'm shocked she's admitting it now. But, I guess it's kind of pointless not to at this point.

True she didn't say the texts were't real just that they were out of context. She says she has other that show a different light on their relationship. AND A VIDEO. jesus christ. WHY is there always a video involved!? Are these celebrities honestly THAT stupid?

Who knows what he told her though. He could have told jaime it was all one sided and RU pursued him and he never told her he would leave...ect. We really have no idea (and will never know) but, I do hope jaime knew about this before the "video of him proclaiming his love for her" gets released anyway.

I love how RU says she could no longer trust him. Excuse me but you knew he was cheating on his wife thats says enough about the trusting part.
