Comic-Con - probably a stupid question

Post by crzy4bones on Tue Jun 08, 2010 5:36 am

isn't Comic-Con a comic book show for all intents and purposes? Why does Bones have a presence there every year? So confused...LOL!

yes that is what it started out as, but it is my understanding that it has evolved to include most elements of pop culture including Tv and movies.

I'm pretty sure it's about almost everything pop culture now-- for instance, Chuck has a relatively big Comic-Con following.

And it's going to sound incredibly nerdy, but it's my dream to go one day.

Not a dumb question at all! I actually was wondering the same thing myself last year and looked it up.

It doesn't give much of an explanation as to "why" but here is what Winkipedia says.

Toronto had one this year. Seems to be a popular event, here and in California.

Agreed, not a dumb question. I like to recall what one of my teachers once told me, he said "Son" he said, "Always remember there are no stupid questions, only stupid people." And I said "Huh?" to which he promptly called me an idiot and had me run twenty laps. The point of my story here was, I like rain.

Hart tweeted that someone from the show will be there, but that he didn't know exactly who yet.

Me too. Ideally Emily & David, I love watching them together. Smile Hopefully we'll find out soon.

Speaking of Comic-Con does anyone know anywhere online to see footage of the year David & Emily went together? There's all kinds of videos I've found on YouTube of the past two years but never of that first year when they were there together.

Is it wrong that I wish for Emily more than David? It's weird I guess....but i usually am more interested in what Emily has to say. Ideally, both of them would be great.

He was supposed to go last year wasn't he? but then couldn't because jaime was on bed rest?
