Filming Locations

I know that a lot of Bones is shot on the fox lot, and that the Jeffersonian building is actually the LA Natural History museum but what other LA filming locations have they had that we know about?

London... ok that's really obvious, but its the only other place i could think of

The Queen Bee episode they filmed parts at some school north of LA and the Preditor episode they filmed at an a quarium in LA area. Not sure of exact locations but I remember twitter photos and video from them.
