Another new promo

I really liked this promo, and then again I really didn't!

• I love that we get some new scenes.
  
• I adore the Brennan hair flip, even if it is a bit OOC. But I hope it's in the ep, not Em goofing off. Cause it could totally be there for cute reasons!
  
• I liked the fun, light hearted vibe of this promo, as if we should look forward to the good ahead of us, and not the bad.

What I didn't like was:

• The Hodgela Baby. Yes, I think everyone expected this to happen, and even in the premiere, but I think that was a little too spoiler-y for a promo. I try to stay spoiler-lite (No sides, or interviews from sources that I think would give too much away.) , and I generally feel that promos are spoiler-lite, so I was upset about such a big give away.
  
• Hannah at the diner. Not because she's there, but because she's in all the promo's. They label these promo's as being from the premiere, but this is from episode two, so I'm a tad annoyed about this. They keep throwing the SO into everyone's face. We get it. There's some rough waters ahead for our fave duo. I don't mind Hannah. I actually embrace Hannah as a good thing of B&B. As much as I love B&B, I still feel that it wasn't the "right" time for them at the end of the 100th, and they both have more personal growth to undertake, but I do feel that by the end of the season, there will be a big turn around in their relationship (especially on Bren's behalf.)

Well, that's just what I've got to say about that!

I don't know how I'm going to make though the first half of the season. I think I'm going to have to be medicated or locked up in the looney bin with Zack to get through this season...because I've been having fantasies like recording all those sweet little moments where B&B make googly eyes at each other and all those sweet things Booth has said to Brennan like, "I would kill for you, I would die for you," and "what goes on between us is ours," and showing to the Raghag. Seriously, how can I hate a fictional character so much? It's ridiculous.

I agree. It maybe just me, but in the 1st promo It kinda seem like Hannah was wayyyy more into the kiss than Booth was. Just the way she grabbed his collar (like Brennan did in the X-mas kiss ) and all. Booth's always been so reserved about his past relationships-and no matter what DB says, I just can't see Booth purposely flaunting his relationship. I can see him being a little more macho and taking control of the situation like "this what I have and I'm moving on with my life," (at least at first) but I can't see him intentionally put his lips all over Hannah in front of Brennan just to make her jealous.

Did anyone else see that split-second look Brennan gives Booth right after she says, "Welcome home, Booth"? It's almost like this look of anticipatory love, if that makes sense. As though she expects him to look back at her and to have a meaningful moment of loving eye contact. Be still my heart!



September 23 cannot come soon enough. 20 days, now!

I just hope we start to see some cracks in Booth before Hannah leaves...because I don't know how I'm going to get through half a season of Booth/Hannah lovey dovey stuff. ...And if we are supposed to believe that he still has feelings for Brennan (like she supposed to have some effect on their relationship-especially him like SN suggested) then he better show it. It maybe just me, but Booth did seem kinda bitter in the sides for season 5, but I could just be reading too much in to it because I'm so desperate for some cracks in paradise. I'm interested in how he's going to "torpedoe" his relationship with Hannah.

When do the sides for episode 6 come out? Next week!

I have a feeling that the hair flip thing is when she and daisy have to undress and act unselfconsious for the guerillas...It's a scene from the sidesI that we all thought was probably fake...but apparently it is not fake. Brennan said something about..."they won't rape them if they are confident women and seem proud of their sexiness.." or something like that...I'd have to read it again to be more clear...but Ya...I think it's from that scene!

There's a lot of conflicting stuff coming out as far as when Hannah makes her first appearance. But I have read from sources recently that Hannah makes her first appearance in the premier. don't know if that's right...but I've heard it more than once. I don't really care...I just want to get it over with and get on with it! It's coming whether we like it or not...so we might as well start as soon as possible and then it will be oever sooner.

This promo is cute...but at the same time, it makes me sad!

I want to give you some hope in return for which you have given me the other week; his being reserved, to me, that's going to be the start of the crack in H and B's relationship. Coz he doesn't like to show off like that, he's more of a private-relationship-thing-guy. It seems to me, he doesn't like to kiss in the open when everyone's watching. It's got nothing to do with Brennan being there or not, he just doesn't like it. In the 2 promo's i've seen so far, it's Hannah who pulls him close to kiss.
And what's more, he also isn't going to like those 4 ladies in his living-room.
So, i think, pretty soon, H and B are going to discover that there are just too many differences standing in their way. And maybe for Booth, it will also be Brennan, meaning: he can't start a relationship coz he's still not over her.

LOL. Ok, I get that. The thing that's redeeming that scene for me (from what we've seen) is that Brennan gets right up in their faces and introduces herself. That cracks me up. It's not like we're going to be watching Brennan shrink in the corner and tremble with fear at this blonde in Booth's arms. We're getting "who the hell do you think you are kick-ass Brennan." I like her.
