Free RPG's?

I was wondering if there was a safe, free RPG somewhere. I mean COMPLETELY free. No hidden fees, one you can actually complete without buying anything. no premium or things like that. So, not like Runescape or Dragonfable... Thanks!

hmm can't say I've ever played a completely free one. Maybe just try googling it. You'll probably find forums that have links!
