BONES CONVENTION!

Hey Everyone!

The idea of a Bones convention has been tossed around and I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on it.

Questions:

Would you be willing to attend?

Where would you like it to be held?

How much money are you willing to pay?

I would love to hear feedback from as many people as possible to see if this is a feasible idea! Ideas and thoughts are welcome!

Place: even the US would be fine with me

Willing to spend: $500 or so Canadian...maybe a little more if needed

Hell, yeah, wild horses couldn't keep me away!

I'd be willing to pay as much as $200-300, especially if some of the actors will be there.

I think it would be best to have it somewhere near L.A., to make it easier for the actors to attend.

Oh, and you didn't ask, but I'm thinking late May, early June would be best.

I think you should contact the FOX promotion dept. to see if they could help organize and they may even be willing to help pay for it. It would be promoting the show, after all. Also, check into getting sponsors and vendors to help defray the cost.

Yeah, I've emailed Fox but I haven't heard back from them yet. $200-$300 seems alot to me, but I guess that makes sense.

May or June is a great idea, and definately will look into sponsors!

If it's in L.A. I know for sure I definitly cannot attend, but if it does work out I will gladly look at pics and read reviews.

Great idea!
Ideal place would be Toronto, CANADA

For actual contribution to convention costs I would say $500 would be my max as Personal costs getting there etc. would also have to factored in on whether or not I could attend.

I'd be in too. It doesn't matter where we have it Canada or in the States. Let us know if it's a go! (Even if it's just an IHBFC convention or an ABY Convention I'm there!) ~ Hifi

The only time I'm booked is in early May, so anytime before or after that would be good.

Well, the conventions I typically go to (more technology wise) tend to be $500 - 700. Never attended a 'show' one before. BUT... if ya'll do one, I'll definitely check the frequent flyers and see if I can attend!

Toronto would be okay, but CA and the like (and before they're done filming) MIGHT give us the opportunity to have someone attend. I'll check back in on this one every so often. :-)
