Anyone has read William Faulkner's short story, A Rose for Emily? This nice little piece is just about the same. A bit spooky, but it definitely is worth reading.

the nastiest and scariest thing Ive ever read was about a man here in Holland who killed and skinned his own mother and made a blanket out of her skin. People saw him walking outside with a bloody mess over him. Turns out he was wearing that skin-blanket! THAT'S REALLY CREEPY!!!
