I wanted to vote for the last three but it would only let me pick one... so I picked the gum one - so freaking funny!

we all have to acknowledge that this could have been a show breaker. 'the x-files', 'lois and clark', 'moonlighting' even 'friends' (to a certain extent) are all shows that went severely down hill after the balance of sexual tension was upset with a kiss. hart hanson is a 'frikin' evil genius'! he knew how to give the fans what they wanted, but maintain the sexual tension, and even hike it up 10 notches!

his choice of character use was inspired! he used a character everyone loves AND not only could believe would blackmail someone for amusement and because she was feeling 'puckish', but also could forgive for blackmailing the first kiss out of brennan and booth. caroline was a perfect choice!

he also managed to create a situation that would allow brennan to do her 'dr. bones' analytical thing, but also give the opportunity for both main characters to be taken by surprise. i mean, how very Brennan was it that she was setting the stage when booth was in the room? "i was meaning to mention to you..." as she stuffs gum in her mouth

like i said, hart hanson = frikin evil genius. he managed to pull off a miracle... something that i believe rivals the writing mastery of the series finale of 'newheart'.

Okay, I too wanted to vote for three of them, but alas I could not!! I think Hart Hanson is the smartest man alive(probably because he was raised in BC and went to UVic) but even still, how perfect!! He appeased the all wanting audience and still left the partnership intact!! Brilliant and Caroline, was beyond perfect!! I was kinda hopin' for a squee from Angela but oh my I couldn't have asked for better!!

but watching it and re-watching it again and again, i think it was just right - perfect

I voted for awsome but for probably different reasons, In itself didn't make my knees buckle..i mean it touched me unbelievably but not the liplock in itself, the why and why he basically agreed , the setting, the whole reasoning, the light touch to it, the fact that it did by no means overpower the episode or the plot. If i was ever totally impressed by the writers it is this time. As anyone i fear it almost more than i wanted it to happen, would they be able to pull it off Bones like? or would it just be unreal and glued to it. Perfect, setting, idea, totally Bones, totally natural...unbelievably well done. The episode rocked my world and the kiss was just a tiny part of it! So yes awesome and it just reassured me immensely that when the real deal happens it will feel natural. I trust the writers! I really do, they made me happy in true, unique, authentic Bones style!

It was a tie for me with good 'cause they were bribed and awesome...but I ended up choosing the former over the latter. It was sooo totally GREAT, and I'm confident it won't ruin their partnership, nor will it ruin the show. *nods* Yeap, it was just great. It was done in the patented Bones-way, in my humble opinion.

The kiss was absolutely perfect! From the whole set up through the kiss all the way to Booth's stutteriness in the aftermath. Some ppl over on the Boneyard think this is the beginning of the end of B&B, but I vehemently disagree. The way this played out promises to lead to a whole bunch of awkwardness, nervousness and denial on the part of both of them.

I think HH and the writers are all geniouses. And the icing on the cake is the longer much more passionate version over on the webpage!! OMG! Talk about giving the shippers what they want without compromising the show. I'm completely in awe!

hahah i think that caroline is just amazing for making that deal. and the extended kiss on the fox bones site was just WOW, i still can't believe that it finially happened.
it better not be the end of B&B or else i will shoot someone. just like how booth goes to the shooting range but i don't think that im allowed in one yet.

I think this was utterly perfect for them, quite honestly. It was perfect context, and OMG! Did you see their faces afterward? That was probably my favorite part...

I voted awesome and the kiss rocked along with Caroline.....
