Okay, I have to admit I'm not going to buy them right away because it made me sick how much money I could've saved if I'd waited on buying season 1. But I did see the outtakes, courtesy of 206_bones at LiveJournal (and they're on YouTube as well), and they are FREAKIN' AWESOME. I'm so glad someone uploaded them (or several people, probably).
I've also heard that the missing episode is still missing on the box set, which I think is REALLY lame. I can understand why they didn't air it originally, but keeping it out of its true chronological spot in the box set is just stupid. But, I mean, whatever - the important thing is that the set is out---WOO!!

Yeah, I'm dreading going down and spending $57 on mine! We have the outtakes in the spoiler section and you are right, they are hilarious!
Apparently they are actually reworking the Player Under Pressure episode and using it as part of season three, which is completely weird.

$57??? You must be getting the special Best Buy version. I never did find out what extras it had, but that was way more than my frugal self could spend. I'm not even willing to spend $39.99.

I preordered the UK-release (coming out in October) because there still is no date for the german release - and I would not count on it coming out before next spring...
Well.... as I said, I preordered the UK release and it's going to cost me somewhere over freaking 60 €....... I dunno, what's that it american dollars, but I guess somewhere around 70 or 80 so... living in Europe sucks sometimes...

We also wait information about it when that second season will come out in here. Only one shop has given some release info but it probably is UK release day. So lets see when they will get it out with Finnish subtitels.

season one came out as german (but not only subtitle, but synchronized) in march, half a year after the us-release.... i fear this time it's going to be similar... i understand that it takes time to prepare the german version.... but I don't need it... just a way to improve my english, watching it in the original

I have preordered from amazon uk both the S2 and the companion book for £37 in total, that should be around USD 70. Not too bad for UK....BUTTTT, i only get them sometime in the second half of October.... patienceee!!
They are however generally more expensive than in the US..it sucks!

I just bought mine from Best Buy with the bonus disc and if you've been waiting to see season 1 bloopers, those are included on the bonus disc along with some other featurettes.

Did anyone notice that on the back cover of your DVDs, Booth's name is spelled "Seely?" Call me crazy, but I always thought Booth's name was spelled "Seeley." That's a pretty big mistake on the proofreading people's part...I'd hate to be them right about now!
