This epi was quite ok. But somehow Brennan´s constant bragging sounds slightly OOC for me. I loved the fishing for compliments between B&B and her giving him what he wants but then she has to stress again that she is elevated and more intelligent and a bestselling author and so on.
Loved her going out on stage. Well no AI top 10 (if I understood right in real life she sings way better) but her performance was great and Booth with the lighter...so sweet....

I thought about that too Bella but I think in that moment she couldn't spare a thought for the psycho. The only thing that mattered was Booth who was possibly dying under her hands.
I talked about it some in my blog review, but I hope they address that. She can't have been so strongly affected by her first kill and let this one slide so easily. It would be wrong to pass it over like that.

you know the first time I watched it, I was so shocked I didn't notice that Pam was taking aim again. While I'm sure she's going to have some kind of issues with killing someone... I don't think Pam gave her much choice. That crazy energizer bunny was going to keep shooting... Our Bren is just super logical... if she's dead she can't shoot anyone. I'm not so sure I'd be comfortable comparing what Bren did, to what Max did. Though it is an interesting comparison.

Think about this. Before the strike ended this was going to be our season finale. Imagine having to wait the whole summer, not just a week!

I mean, seriously, the ratings would tank quicker than shit! Aargh! Do we really have to wait a week?

As someone utterly convinced there is no way Booth could be killed off unless the show was ending...I don't consider this a true cliffhanger in the sense of the 'live or die' question. It is suspenseful, no doubt.
But it really does work as far as roping in the audience goes! The traffic today around this show is nuts. The boards are hopping and my blog has already quadrupled the previous days record and will probably end up 5 or 6x normal traffic. And nearly all of it is people looking for spoilers for next episode (so I gleefully made a post pointing them here!
) and asking the all-knowing googlegod things like 'did booth die?'.
That would have been one tense summer of speculation, glug!

OMFG That epi was AWESOME. Just saw it.
Brennan's performance was very fic-like.
Booth being shot & Brennan shooting Pam was very fic-like.
We could be well writing that eppy!
Ah, it was so awesome though. Through whole the episode you could feel Pam was gonna hurt Brennan or Booth. It was sincerely incredible
Way to go Bones team.
All of the singing was sooo great!!!

If they were going to end the series, and knowing how much Fox LOVES their well rated shows, it is a possibility, now would be a good time. So really, those who said that 'Is booth alive?' in the promo is silly, you may be wrong.
